Main activities are on the ground floor and in the gardens. However, this is an old site, so the ground can be uneven.
Steam and Cream Teas is back for 2026 - join Colin Hatch and his team of heritage specialist engineers on the weekend of 11-12th July, for a look at machinery from our industrial past.
There will be artisans and craftspeople showing and selling their work in our gardens, too, as well as an exhibition of fibre arts in our first floor gallery, with demonstrations downstairs.
Musicians playing live are Mr. Love and Justice on Saturday at 2pm, and Unearthed on Sunday at 2pm, with The Blind Tomorrow also playing on Sunday from 3.30pm!
Our cafe will be open for amazing cakes, delicious cream teas, and hot drinks. Cash and cards are accepted.
Where can I park?
There is limited free parking in marked bays along Day House Lane. Otherwise, please park at Coate Water, which is paid. Use the overflow car park if it is open, as the garden entrance to the museum is located in the top left corner.
